The Materials:

Our Pine cabinets are crafted from Premium Grade, Kiln Dried Solid Pine. Each board is carefully selected and then graded again by us, to insure only the finest material will go in to building your cabinet.

The floating baffle is made from void free, formaldehyde free ½” cabinet grade birch plywood.

We use Switchcraft input jacks, and source our wire and speaker connects exclusively from US manufactures.

The Build:

Rocket Cabs are constructed with beautiful half blind dovetail finger joinery. This tried and true finger joint is virtually indestructible and insures a solid rattle free cabinet that will stand the test of time.

We use a floating baffle system like that found in fine vintage cabinets.

The floating baffle allows speaker vibration to couple easily to the cabinet, extending resonance, presence and tone.

 The Result:

Rocket Cab Solid Pine Cabinets are capable of producing outstanding tone and presence. There is no comparison to mass-produced plywood or particleboard enclosures.

 Rocket Cabs: are available with vintage style open back panels, two piece back panel for open or closed configuration or a 3 piece open/closed back.

Each cabinet is custom made to order, please allow about 10 to21 days for us to build your cabinet.
